Foxes get moving!

Foxes were busy this week learning all about position and direction, recognising and making half turns, quarter and three quater turns and whole turns.
They were busy doing all activity in the hall, the playground and the classroom too!
Following instructions Fox Class learnt to use both directions, starting at the same point for a full term and facing the opposite direction for half a turn.
The children were able to use their knowledge with a Turning Man in class to relate their physical turns to a picture.
They had great fun in the playground too!
On Wednesday the children took home some planning ideas for Radio 2's "500 Words" competition. This session was used to help the children develop ideas, but they don't need to stick to this when they write their story at home!
