What we have been learning this week
This week we had a change of plan in literacy and decided to get creative by conducting interviews for a newspaper article about a Vulture who stole food from a group of Meerkats! Some of us wore a costume to really get into character and others had ipads to use for the interviews. We then wrote our very own newspaper articles to inform other meerkats in the desert about this ordeal.
What we shall be working on next week
Next week we will be continuing to focus on dividing by 2, 5 and 10. We will also be doing some more creative writing!

Please see the home learning that has been set this week. Please make sure that your child completes and brings their homework in next week, and continues to read as often as possible at home with you.
General information
Spelling tests take place on a Friday and we then mark them together in class. Your child is responsible for writing the score into their yellow spelling books so that parents can see how they have done. They are reminded to do this after we have marked them.
