Badgers Role Play The Parables

What we have been learning this week
This week we have been focusing on reading comprehension as well as multiplying and dividing by 2, 5 and 10. We have also been working hard in RE to produce some role plays about the parables that were taught by Jesus. We had a really exciting end to last week with Elliot bringing in his godfather for 'Show and Tell'. His godfather, James, is a firefighter and taught us lots of exciting things about his job!
What we shall be working on next week
After half term we will be looking at 'growth' in science and getting ready for Easter. We will also be moving onto fractions, length and height in maths.

Please see the home learning that has been set this week. Please make sure that your child completes and brings in their homework in next week, and continues to read as often as possible at home with you over the holidays.
General Information
Spelling tests take place on a Friday and we then mark them together in class. Your child is responsible for writing the score into their yellow spelling books so that parents can see how they have done. They are reminded to do this after we have marked them.
