Christmas Production

They have very much enjoyed the practises and it has been greatly beneficial for their self-confidence, speaking and listening skills and their ability to work together.

 

As part of their daily independent activities the children have enjoyed being weather forecasters and have been using the map of the British Isles to present their weather to others.

On the computers, George and Anya have spent time creating their own animation based on a "David Attenborough" presentation.  Everyone has also been keen to use the maths "rap ups" which require quick mental arithmetic, as well as careful manipulation.

We have all had great success with beginning to learn about multiplication.  Every child has been successful in their tasks and while it is still early days, their understanding of multiplication has moved on at a gerat pace.
