Marwell Zoo

We had great fun planning for our trip to Marwell Zoo. In the lead-up to our visit, we had heard in the news about an escaped capybara named Samba. To our surprise, we received photographs showing that Samba had visited our school overnight!
The children were thrilled and set off to investigate, exploring the school grounds to look for clues about what she might have been doing and where she could have gone next.
The following week, we visited Marwell Zoo and enjoyed seeing all the wonderful animals. Sadly, Samba is still on the loose—so do keep your eyes peeled… you never know, you might spot her one day!
