• In the first half term children will bring home work showing what letter sounds they have been learning about.  There is a rhyme, action and further activity associated with each letter sound. Your children would benefit greatly by you talking to them and being involved in the activity together.
  • After the first two weeks your child will bring home a reading book for you to look at together. Again talking about the text, pictures and layout will really add value and enjoyment to this activity.
  • In the spring term children will take home key word cards
  • In the summer term children will be given weekly spellings to learn.
