Each week the children are being introduced to a new learning tool from the St John’s toolbox. The idea is that each tool helps develop a different skill to encourage the children to become really resilient and effective learners.
Yr 2 children enjoyed learning at the Rural Life Centre this week, when they had an opportunity to take part in a range of fun activities that helped develop an understanding about the past.
Well, The Great British Bake Off may be on its way out, but baking at St John’s is definitely here to stay! The children have been designing and baking loaves ranging from plaits to hedgehogs.
